Cancellation Rights
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/shipment at no charge
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure
- To cancel an order, contact our customer service immediately
Return & Replacement Conditions
Eligibility Criteria
Products are eligible for return/replacement only if ALL the following conditions are met:
1. Timeframe: Return initiated within 7  days of delivery date
2. Condition: Items must be unused and unworn
3. Packaging: Original packaging must be intact and undamaged  
4. Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached
5. Hygiene: Items must be in hygienic condition (applicable to undergarments and intimate apparel)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used, worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items with missing or damaged tags
- Items not in original packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
Return Process
 Step 1: Contact Customer Service
- Email us at customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
- Await return authorization and instructions
 Step 2: Package Return
- Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached
- Include original invoice/receipt
- Use provided return shipping label if applicable
 Step 3: Shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Risk of loss during return shipping lies with the customer until we receive the items
Refund Process
Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 7-14 business days of receipt
- Refund method will match the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (3-10 business days additional)
Refund Amount
- Full product price refunded for eligible returns
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless item is defective
- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless item is defective
Defective/Damaged Products
Immediate Action Required
- Report defective or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and detailed description of the issue
- Defective items may be eligible for replacement or full refund including shipping costs
