Data Retention and Deletion Policy

1. Account Deletion and Data Removal

We respect your right to control your personal information. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

  • How to Request Deletion: You may initiate a deletion request directly through the "Delete Account" feature within our mobile application settings, or by submitting a request through our dedicated deletion form.

  • Processing Timeline: Once a request is received, we will verify your identity to protect your security. Following verification, all personally identifiable information (PII)—including your name, email address, phone number, and shipping addresses—will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

  • Scope of Deletion: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon completion, you will lose access to your account, order history, and any accrued loyalty rewards or store credits.

2. Exceptions for Legal and Financial Records

Please note that pursuant to standard accounting practices and legal requirements:

  • Transaction Records: Information related to past financial transactions (invoices, tax records, and order totals) will be retained for a period required by law (typically 7 years) to comply with tax and audit obligations. However, this data will be disconnected from your active profile.

  • Pending Obligations: We may delay deletion if there are outstanding issues with your account, such as an unfulfilled order, an active dispute, or an unpaid balance.
